Library
Welcome to the Laura and Jerry Miller Family Library of the HAT Konikoff Center of Learning. The library services the students, faculty, and families of our school.
We provide print and non-print resources supporting the Judaic Studies and General Studies curricula. Our collection includes over 9,000 items, including a section devoted to Hebrew language materials. In addition to their weekly library class, students are encouraged to visit as often as classroom time permits.

Birthday Book Program
Does your child have a birthday soon? Here’s a great gift idea! Purchase a birthday book through the library and have it ready in time for the special day (advance notice required)! Children are so excited to have a book placed in the library with their own name inside…and being first to check out the book or have it read to their class makes their birthday even more special. Help put a smile on your child’s face and purchase a book in his/her honor. Forms are available in the rack in the main office.
Other donations
While birthday books are a beautiful way to recognize special occasions in your child’s life, as well as offer support to the Library, donations may also be made in honor/memory of teachers and loved ones.
Minimum cost: $15.00 per book
Book Fairs
Judaic Book Fair - December
Scholastic Book Fair - April/May
Author Visit
Each year we are delighted to have an author visit and present his/her books to our student body. This program is made possible by the Janis Lynn Kaplan Author Fund sponsored by Albert and Libbie Kaplan in memory of their daughter.
